Technical Implementation Analyst II

Job Summary
Configure and support integration-related system settings, including status codes, facility mapping, Snowflake ELT pipelines, and file validation rules. Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders and troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues during program implementation and hyper-care periods. Assist with migration efforts from legacy technologies to modern cloud-based solutions and process inbound and outbound files according to defined schedules. This role enhances scalability and efficiency across Knowtion Health platforms, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure reliable data movement and system functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare IT, or a related field; or Equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and demonstrated technical competency
- 2+ years direct experience in or integrating with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other EHRs
- 1+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in insurance recovery, denials, and complex claims
- Strong understanding of 835/837 transactions and associated claims, denials, charges, and payment data
- Technical proficiency including SQL and hands-on experience with ELT processes and file configuration/transformation
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Consent to photograph capture during screening or interview process
- Location in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, ME, MI, MO, MS, NC, NM, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV
- Ability to work in a dedicated, distraction-free work space at home
