Job Summary
Technical Helpdesk Support role supporting FAA's Technical Operations Services. Provide helpdesk support for a suite of enterprise applications, including triaging issues via Jira, handling emails and phone calls, collaborating with application and infrastructure teams, and contributing to knowledge-base documentation. Requires HS diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, Windows Server/AD and Linux administration, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence); familiarity with VMware, Prometheus, and Grafana. On-site support at Washington, DC and Oklahoma City, OK locations.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Expert verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Attention to details
- Web Application Administration experience
- Strong Linux (Redhat/CentOS/Debian) experience with command-line and GUI
- Windows Server and Active Directory experience
- Experience with Atlassian suite of products, especially JIRA and Confluence
- Experience working with VMWare, Elastic, Prometheus, and Grafana is desired
