Job Summary
Manage low voltage electrical systems and components by processing RFQs from sales, developing accurate build quotes, and incorporating submittals and specifications. Coordinate the full project lifecycle from quote to shipment, ensuring precise communication of technical details, quantities, and sketches. Monitor project schedules, identify scheduling errors, and prioritize concurrent deadlines to deliver results on time. Maintain expertise in the National Electrical Code and accurately quote from multiple electrical brands based on in-stock inventory.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Minimum of 5 years experience with low voltage electrical gear and associated equipment or 2 years with quoting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong and reliable mathematical aptitude
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications and internal systems with ease
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
