Technical Functional Lead - UKG / Payroll

Lead the design, optimization, and governance of UKG WFM & Payroll within Endeavour Group, acting as subject-matter expert to deliver compliant, innovative workforce management and payroll solutions. Own the solution roadmap for Scheduling, Rostering, Time & Attendance, and Pay, drive continuous improvement and feature adoption of UKG WFM, manage integrations with SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP BTP, and ensure alignment with awards, EBAs, and labor laws. Escalate Tier 3 issues, manage system testing and validation of changes, collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups, and lead upgrades and governance across WFM and Payroll processes. Requires 5+ years designing/implementing UKG WFM/Kronos, strong knowledge of WFM-to-Payroll integrations, API-based integrations, and experience with application security, service management tools, and enterprise payroll configurations. Hybrid work arrangement in Sydney, Australia with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication, compliance, and continuous improvement in a retail-focused environment.
