Job Summary
Lead a team of mobile developers to design, develop, and maintain iOS and Android applications while collaborating with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Ensure the team adheres to best practices through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment, while mentoring members to enhance their technical and soft skills. Oversee the development of secure, reliable, and performant applications that integrate seamlessly with third-party systems, staying current with emerging trends to recommend appropriate technology adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in mobile application development
- Expertise in iOS and Android app development (Native)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work onsite (no hybrid)
