Job Summary
Develop and deliver technical training programs for Substation Operations and Field Engineering employees using blended methods including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on instruction. Analyze job tasks and field performance to determine training needs, then supervise and direct trainees during classroom and on-the-job assignments. Conduct quality assurance audits, evaluate student learning through field visits, and incorporate new procedures into training standards. Participate in testing new tools and equipment while providing operational input to vendors and engineers. Requires knowledge of electricity transmission and distribution, a Bachelor's degree, and 8+ years of utility experience. Must be available for emergency restoration assignments and travel across MA/CT/NH. Salary range $133,290-$148,100.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in substations
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in field engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in related operations
- Driver's License
- Availability to work emergency restoration assignment as required
- Availability to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary
