Technical Field Service Representative II

Technical Field Service Representative II with Generac experience, responsible for on-site and phone troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning support of industrial generators. Travel up to 50%; perform mechanical, electrical troubleshooting, predictive/unscheduled repairs, preventative maintenance, and reporting. Read electrical schematics and manuals, interpret work orders, stay current with NFPA and state EPSS regulations, and create detailed reports within 24 hours. Requires strong problem-solving, independent decision-making, and ability to work with minimal supervision; preferred candidate has an Associate degree in electrical/mechanical engineering and Generac certification in air-cooled/protector series.
