Technical Field Representative - Aerospace MRO

Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of patented EDM systems at customer facilities; deliver high-quality technical training and product demonstrations to military and commercial customers, both on-site and virtually; conduct follow-up visits to reinforce training and ensure customer satisfaction; build relationships with OEMs, MROs, military units, and airlines; identify opportunities to support customers and collaborate with the sales team; represent the company at customer sites and industry events; prepare and deliver technical presentations to small groups; document site activities, training outcomes, and customer feedback for continuous service improvement; contribute to training materials and technical content; support bid and proposal efforts with technical insights; travel approximately 60% across the Western US; U.S. Citizenship required, with experience in aerospace/defense context preferred.
