Job Summary
Serves as Field Engineer for specific clients and products, providing software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, and networked devices. Installs, maintains, and configures PCs, networks, servers, and peripherals while performing installs, moves, adds, and changes. Tests and certifies client-approved applications, conducts preventative maintenance, and handles escalations to ensure SLA requirements and client satisfaction are met. Requires Australian citizenship with active security clearance and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Active security clearance (NV1/NV2)
- 1-2 years' experience in area of responsibility
