Job Summary
Post-sales technical support for HVDC/STATCOM/F'', addressing customer issues through field service and repairs; role may include budget influence, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of technical solutions from Level 1–3; leads or contributes to projects and operational improvements, with a track record of handling outages and complex engineering challenges in grid transmission, including expertise in Synchro condenser and ability to read wiring diagrams and general arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in HVDC, Statcom and FACTs new projects and existing installed base
- Previous experience with Service activities
- Strong knowledge in Grid transmission equipment's
- Strong knowledge in Synchro condenser
- Ability to understand and implement technical drawings (wiring diagram, General Arrangement, etc...)
- Strong computer skills using MS Office Software Suite
- Fluent in English
