Job Summary
Technical Facility Manager responsible for the operational and technical management of office buildings or general assets. Responsibilities include supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, negotiating terms and prices with suppliers, evaluating supplier performance via KPIs, identifying improvement areas to optimize efforts, reduce risks, and improve efficiency, and controlling both OPEX budgets and CAPEX investments/improvements. Requires an engineering or architectural degree (or technical degree) and at least 3 years of experience in related facilities management activities; mid-level professional with advanced English, proficient in Office, and knowledgeable in GMAOs and AutoCAD; drivers license required. The role is based in Madrid, Spain, with a permanent contract and opportunities for professional development within an expanding international company.
