Job Summary
Reply to internal and external customer enquiries regarding products, technical support, and service tasks while providing expertise, commercial advice, and troubleshooting. Maintain knowledge databases for product information and proactively capture questions to standardize professional replies. Escalate complex issues beyond Technical Support Center capabilities and cooperate with other functions to fulfill customer needs efficiently. Report on customer feedback, performance, and corrective actions to Product Management on a regular basis. Manage and motivate service personnel while working independently to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine industry
- High vocational technical or maritime training
- Very good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Computer literate
