Job Summary
Own the go-to-market and technical stewardship of Lab-as-a-Service offerings focused on hardware validation, including EMC, reliability, and certifications. Craft differentiated narratives and vertical-specific value stories for automotive, industrial, and medical sectors while building sales pipelines and converting enterprise customers. Lead technical discovery, pilot constructs, and quote negotiations with engineering leaders, and coach sales teams on technical discovery and objection handling. Create battlecards, case studies, ROI calculators, and proposal templates to enable sales success. Represent the lab at conferences and standards bodies, publish whitepapers, and cultivate analyst relationships. Translate customer requirements into comprehensive validation scopes and optimize test throughput to ensure delivery excellence and compliance across engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics
- 5+ years in B2B technical marketing, product marketing, or growth roles
- Hands-on hardware validation/testing or test engineering leadership
- Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, NABL accreditation processes, and domain regulations (e.g., IEC/UL/EN, CISPR, ISO 26262, IEC 60601, etc.)
- Proficiency with test instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, environmental chambers), DAQ, automated test frameworks (LabVIEW, Python), and CRM/marketing platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot, Marketo, Power BI)
- System-level understanding of electronics validation, test design, measurement uncertainty, and data integrity
- Market analysis, segmentation, ICP definition, pricing strategy, and partner ecosystems
- Executive-ready storytelling, technical writing, and negotiation
- Cross-functional influence (sales, engineering, quality, finance), vendor management, and change management
- VOC capture, journey mapping, and NPS/CSAT improvement
- BE / B-tech
