Job Summary
Technical Expert to provide technical support for the French market both on-site and remotely, train clients and deliver associated technical services, act as the technical reference within the domain, share knowledge with the team via internal trainings, coordinate communication with the France Support Technical team (based in Malaga), report incidents and participate in sector trade shows as needed, support the Spain-based technical team during peak periods, dimension the STA network to cover services, identify profiles with the commercial team, review contractual conditions, and assist in ensuring service quality across the STA network. Also responsible for client training, updating internal and R&D teams on incidents, organizing periodic webinars to update STA knowledge, and collaborating with various departments to improve product responses and customer satisfaction.
