Job Summary
Lead technical delivery of major water projects, guiding complex multi‐disciplinary projects from concept through design management, execution, and commissioning. Coach and mentor engineers across locations while fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Drive outcomes by leading technical discussions and building trusted relationships with authorities and contractors. Own commercial and quality outcomes, embed robust risk management throughout project lifecycles, and support bids with compelling technical propositions. Requires significant experience in water consulting, team management, strong technical expertise, and a recognised engineering degree.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years’ experience in technical leadership and delivery of major water projects within consulting
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and internal networks
- Demonstrated experience building and managing teams at local and national scale
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of optimising project performance
- Depth of technical expertise across a broad range of water projects
- Experience pursuing bids and writing winning proposals
- Ability to lead and improve D&C project capabilities
- Demonstrated capability in risk identification and management
- Recognised Engineering degree (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
- Chartered (CPEng) / RPEQ/RPEV (or eligibility)
