Set up Standard Operating Procedures for the management of the critical environment and ensure compliance at site. Understands the engineering design and operational aspects of utility systems and equipment at location; recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and emergency situations. Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken as scheduled and manage risk and safety practices to minimize interruptions. Implement regular inspections for energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management and risk management; drive pre-emptive maintenance to reduce risk of equipment failures. Provide training to on-site teams on equipment procedures and implementation; support service delivery teams on equipment maintenance and upkeep. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure procedures are followed and updated; communicate incidents and important operational issues to FM. Adhere to reporting procedures; follow the standard process for managing FM requirements at the location; ensure building compliances are checked and records maintained. Initiate and manage programs to reduce utility costs and achieve measurable energy improvements; monitor project work and vendor performance; prepare monthly site reports.
