Job Summary
Develop and implement maintenance concepts while analyzing complex recurring technical failures in the production machine park. Translate data on production, wear, and downtime into actionable improvements for machinery design, refurbishment, and new builds. Collaborate with production teams and external suppliers to engineer smarter, faster, and cleaner processes, including producing new tooling and exploring predictive maintenance strategies. Work in a day-shift environment with a small, international team focused on sustainability and innovation within the industrial labeling sector.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde technische mbo 4 opleiding
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Ervaring als Technical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, technisch monteur of in een vergelijkbare functie
- Ervaring met storingsanalyse en reparatie van productiemachines
- Kennis van onderhoudsmethodieken binnen een productieomgeving
- Een duidelijke visie op innovatie en voorspelbaar onderhoud
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Een proactieve werkhouding
- Woonachtig binnen maximaal 30 kilometer van Heemskerk
- Werktijden van 07.30 tot 16.00 uur
- Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week
Desired Qualifications
- Bij voorkeur een achtergrond richting mechatronica
- Elektrotechniek sluit ook goed aan
- Werktuigbouwkundige ervaring is interessant wanneer je de stap richting elektrotechniek wilt maken
- Ervaring met PLC-programmering is een pré
- CAD-kennis is een pré
