Job Summary
Manage technical support cases in ServiceDesk, escalate complex issues, and communicate directly with customers and partners to resolve system behavior and document solutions. Independently install and configure Windows servers, MS SQL instances, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure cloud deployments within Sectra's imaging environment. Implement integrations between Sectra solutions and external healthcare systems using DICOM, HL7, and IHE standards while troubleshooting interoperability issues. Serve as a technical resource for diagnosing performance and configuration problems, maintaining deep expertise in Sectra's product suite and healthcare IT workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and oral in English and French
- A degree in computer engineering, health informatics, or related field
- Experience in a fast-paced IT environment
- Proficient experience in healthcare IT, technical support, or system administration
- Working knowledge of PACS/RIS system, HL7/DICOM standards, and clinical workflows
- Experience with Windows Server, MS SQL, Active Directory, and VMware
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
