Job Summary
Troubleshoot complex technical issues in enterprise imaging systems by analyzing logs, reviewing performance metrics, and identifying root causes. Collaborate with internal engineering and security teams to coordinate fixes, while assisting with customer implementations, upgrades, and system configurations. Work directly with hospital IT and clinical users to understand workflows and operational constraints, building long-term relationships as a trusted technical contact. Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully onboarded. This role supports critical clinical workflows across the United States, offering a path toward integration or cloud engineering leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, systems administration, or a related IT role
- strong analytical mindset and a structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting complex systems
- solid experience with networking fundamentals and Windows and/or Linux environments
- comfortable working directly with customers and clearly explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- curious, self-driven, and motivated to continuously deepen your technical expertise
- collaborate across teams, share knowledge openly, and contribute to a culture where people learn from one another and support collective success
