Job Summary
The Technical Engagement Manager at KLA drives customer engagement by defining and executing product penetration and market share strategies. This role requires developing relationships with key customer technical buying influences and collaborating with marketing and engineering teams. The candidate needs strong experience in wafer process flow and Inspection/Metrology control, along with E-Beam technology. Essential skills include a deep understanding of the customer sales cycle, good interpersonal skills in Japanese and English, and a solid educational background in an engineering or science-based field.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years IC/Fab experience
- KLA tool knowledge (E-Beam or Metrology experience is preferred)
- Ability to mentor/coach engineers
- Ability to work under stress
- Excellence in leadership and execution
