Job Summary
Design and develop learning content as part of ESET Instructional Designers team. Finalize the full training package, create storyboards, provide feedback to improve training creation, configure virtual learning environments, collaborate on managing training materials, assist with graphic design adjustments, AI voice integration, interactive training sessions, and video production. Support localization if needed, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to maternity leave coverage. Requires collaboration across teams and strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and LMS tools; familiarity with video editing (Premiere) and basic coding (HTML5/JavaScript) is a plus. Primary location is Bratislava with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
- Proficiency with video editing (Premiere) and AI tools overview
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for eLearning distribution
- Microsoft Office Suite (advanced MS PowerPoint)
- Articulate products (basic)
- JavaScript, HTML5 and other coding languages (nice to have)
- English B2 level
