Technical Director

Define and guide the growth, development, and delivery performance for the WoodKSS Service Line while working in parallel with regional heads of functions. Provide guidance and direction to technical management and support teams in day-to-day management of technical delivery, ensuring appropriate governance and controls are in place. Produce solutions to complex service line strategic technical and operational challenges that impact customer service and performance, improving the flow of lessons learned between services lines. Act as the technical authority for the WoodKSS business, coordinating technical innovation and improvement across teams and serving as the interface between WoodKSS head of disciplines and the MEAC technical directorate. Work closely with functions including G&D, Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Controls, Supply Chain, Commercial, P&O, and Risk Management.
