Technical Director - Water Treatment

Job Summary
Provide technical leadership across municipal potable water projects, applying water treatment expertise to deliver practical, innovative solutions. Support the growth of the municipal potable water portfolio across Australia and New Zealand through client engagement, opportunity development, and successful project pursuits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders while representing water treatment capabilities in the market. Lead major water treatment projects by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, and grow internal capability by mentoring engineers and attracting top talent. Collaborate with the ANZ Water Leadership team and global specialists to share expertise and deliver industry-leading solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- CPEng and/or RPEQ/RPEV
- 12+ years experience in water treatment
- demonstrated technical leadership experience
- Strong understanding of municipal potable water projects
