Job Summary
Technical Director leads design and delivery of high-impact roads and highways projects in Queensland, mentoring a high-performing ANZ team, shaping engineering practice and standards, strengthening client relationships, and advancing sustainable, innovative infrastructure solutions across the region. You’ll spearhead project leadership, design management, and cross-border collaboration while driving strategic influence and leveraging an established network to grow project pipelines. Requires a minimum of 15 years in engineering with RPEQ certification, leadership aptitude, and a deep transport-sector understanding. Based in Brisbane with a focus on delivering quality infrastructure and mentoring the next generation of roads and highways professionals.
Required Qualifications
