Technical Director, Infrastructure Operations

Lead and govern Technical Review Board processes to ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, strategic objectives, security requirements, and operational scalability. Chair or oversee TRB sessions, establish governance frameworks, criteria, and decision guidelines. Evaluate solutions for scalability, performance, security, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with enterprise strategy; ensure system-wide integration across platforms. Partner with senior technology leaders, product teams, and business stakeholders to guide architectural direction and provide advisory support to engineering, infrastructure, and application teams. Define and evolve enterprise architecture standards, promote best practices in cloud, data, security, and application architecture, and drive adoption of modern architectural approaches. Identify architectural risks and ensure mitigation with regulatory and internal policy compliance. Maintain audit-ready documentation and drive continuous improvement of the architectural review process, tracking metrics such as cycle time and exception rates. Communicate with stakeholders to achieve alignment, reuse of architectural patterns, and ongoing modernization of the tech landscape.
