The Technical Director (Development Planning) will lead initiatives within the Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while managing and delivering strategic multi-disciplinary projects. The role requires strong commercial insight, exemplary interpersonal skills, and proven leadership capabilities. A degree in transport planning or civil engineering and chartered status are essential, along with experience in winning new business and managing tender proposals within both public and private sectors.
