Job Summary
Lead technical oversight of hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects from concept through commissioning across the MESA region. Define and implement regional design standards while driving multi-disciplinary engineering leadership for Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, Fire, and Sustainability teams. Partner with global hyperscalers, cloud providers, and government agencies to deliver strategic consulting, technical reviews, and design assurance for major pursuits and bids. Cultivate regional capability and build a center of excellence for sustainable, carbon-conscious infrastructure solutions. Shape one of the fastest-growing Data Center portfolios in the region while influencing strategic investments and major hyperscale programs.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of engineering consulting and mission-critical experience
- Deep expertise in Data Center design and delivery
- Demonstrated success on hyperscale or large-scale colocation facilities
- Strong knowledge of Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ASHRAE, NFPA and international standards
- Track record of leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong business development and client management capability
- Experience operating across international markets
