Technical Director – Coastal Engineering

Senior Technical Director responsible for leading Ramboll's coastal engineering capability across the UK and Ireland, directing delivery of major coastal and maritime projects, providing technical oversight for coastal defense, flood resilience, and waterfront infrastructure, and driving client engagement and business development. You will shape the future direction of the coastal practice, expand presence in key markets, mentor and grow high-performing teams, and represent the practice externally through industry engagement. The role requires a degree in Civil/Coastal Engineering (chartered status desirable), strong leadership and strategic thinking, experience in multidisciplinary project delivery, and a track record of winning work and managing client relationships. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are offered across offices in the UK and Ireland.
