Job Summary
Oversee, develop, and manage the performance of the Technical Department while providing strategic direction and technical support at the regional level. Shape and develop a professional team with a strong work ethic, ensuring the group remains creative, innovative, and commercially aware. Be responsible for all elements of design and engineering disciplines within the regional function and advise on planning and technical matters at a strategic regional level. Contribute to land acquisition due diligence by providing technical and planning advice for the evaluation and acquisition of new land and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience in a similar role
- To have a good understand of existing/emerging technical guidance/legislation and to articulate/inform the wider business of the consequences and/or benefits
- To have vision, good leadership and time management skills and an ability to prioritise ever changing/competing business needs
- To be able to set clear and unambiguous objectives through clear and decisive instructions
