Job Summary
Technical Director / Associate, Structures – responsible for winning work and managing client relationships, developing proposals and tenders with Business Development, bid planning, costing, technical inputs and signoff; accountable for overall project delivery including contract negotiation, planning, risk management, quality, timeliness and financial performance, with closeout and debrief; provide technical leadership and oversee all technical aspects, manage project profitability and budgets; lead and develop teams and build competencies; require Degree in Civil/Structural engineering with PE registration in Singapore; 15+ years' (Technical Director) or 11+ years' (Associate) of relevant experience, plus project management qualification; strong client-facing, analytical, commercial and technical skills with proven business development capability; able to lead a team of junior staff.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil / Structural engineering with PE registration (Singapore) with the Professional Engineers Board
- At least 15+ years' relevant professional/technical experience for Technical Director or at least 11+ years' for Associate
- Project management qualification
- Solid technical expertise with experience in delivering major and/or complex design projects
- High level engineering consulting and client management skills
- Excellent communicator with strong client focus and proven track record in business development
- Ability to manage projects from strategic and detailed planning to detailed design and to demonstrate leadership and team management
- Ability to lead a team of junior staff
