Job Summary
Define and lead the execution of the technical roadmap aligned with business development goals. Manage the Technical Department staff and set up monitoring tools for ERP and digital project management solutions. Actively participate in regional commercial strategy, organize business intelligence activities, and prepare responses to calls for tenders. Oversee ongoing studies and projects, ensuring technical quality before, during, and after execution while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Implement internal processes for capturing lessons learned and developing technical tools in coordination with regional teams. Carry out field missions when necessary and maintain an updated database of consultants and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social sciences, economics, agronomy, environment or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of successful field and project management experience in a challenging environment
- Excellent writing skills (drafting, analysis, and review of proposals, technical and strategic documents)
- Master project management
- Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written
