Job Summary
Technical Development Representative focused on generating and qualifying pipeline through a hybrid inbound and outbound engagement model. Works with Account Executives to identify and engage prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and ensuring smooth handoff with context to Sales. Responsibilities include territory-based prospecting, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, video, social, chat), leveraging CRM and sales-enablement tools, collaborating across Marketing and Channel teams on campaigns and events, and maintaining accurate activity and forecasting data. Preferred background includes 1-4 years in a B2B sales-support role, strong communication and discovery skills, and a willingness to collaborate across functions and time zones within a cybersecurity/SaaS/tech sales context.
