Job Summary
Technical Development Project Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery for AFRY Finland Industry Division’s tools platform. Responsibilities include managing scope, timeline, budget, quality, and stakeholder engagement for customer-facing and internal projects; facilitating cross-functional collaboration among developers, architects, QA, infrastructure, and data/AI specialists; defining requirements, documentation, and delivery plans; backlog and risk management; architecture discussions; ensuring secure, compliant solutions; promoting Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted working practices; identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across the engineering tools landscape. The role supports hybrid work with preferred offices in Vantaa, Tampere, Kouvola, Oulu, Turku, and Kuopio, and requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, experience in cross-functional and international environments, cloud experience (Azure), knowledge of integrations and APIs, and strong communication skills in Finnish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience leading technical software or application initiatives
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies
- Solid technical background enabling effective communication with engineering and IT teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira, GitLab, CI/CD
- Fluency in Finnish and English

- Fluency in Finnish and English
