Job Summary
Lead the Edenred Taiwan IT team by designing software architecture, writing scalable .NET code, and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality platform and APP delivery. Manage team performance, set clear goals, and collaborate with business functions to provide technical feasibility and effort estimation for better decision-making. Drive technical strategy and roadmaps while participating in requirements analysis, testing, and deployment of applications throughout the SDLC. Provide live support for daily business operations, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. Maintain documentation and serve as an expert source for technical guidance. Requires 7+ years of .NET and MSSQL experience, Mandarin fluency, and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software design and development with C# .NET Framework or .NET Core, and MSSQL
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management, with minimum experience of 1.5 years
- Familiarity with design/architectural patterns (e.g. MVC)
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Fluent in version control git & git-flow
- Experience of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Clear communication - both written and verbal
- Mandarin fluency is a key requirement for this role
Desired Qualifications
- DevOps experience/understanding/interest a strong plus
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices
- Flutter / Android / iOS mobile development experience
- Experience integrating AI into SDLC practices
- English and Mandarin fluency
