Job Summary
Technical Development Manager responsible for Field R&D activities supporting Public Health products, including planning and executing field trials, coordinating with government agencies and NGOs, developing training modules for sales and government customers, transferring technology across the organization, and contributing to product labeling and registration efforts. Requires experience in experimental design, report writing, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and external partners; strong English writing and presentation skills; and ability to manage budgets and oversee field staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) with minimum 5 years’ experience in technical field-based work is required; an advanced degree (PhD or MS) is desired.
