Job Summary
Technical Designer III with a strong architectural background will independently contribute design, production, coordination, and detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team under supervision of a Licensed Architect. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering systems with engineers/consultants, maintaining owner/consultant communications, preparing design sketches for moderate to complex site plans, ensuring design coordination across disciplines, evaluating code compliance, processing RFIs, performing field site observations, and potentially supervising interns or leading team meetings. Requires a Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture (accredited program preferred) and minimum 6 years of experience; proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Preferred Licensed Architect status in the US, CDT and LEED accreditation. Strong creative design portfolio and excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are expected; may participate in marketing proposals and take leadership roles within project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or related field required
- Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States preferred
- CDT and LEED accreditation preferred
- Must be a fully qualified professional
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required
