Job Summary
Model MEP-systemen in Revit voor bouwprojecten, samenwerken met architecten en ingenieurs om ontwerpen te optimaliseren, en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontrole op technische ontwerpen. Zoek continu naar innovatieve manieren om werkprocessen te verbeteren door nieuwe oplossingen toe te passen. Dit rol vereist een diploma in de technische richting met elektrische achtergrond, ervaring met MEP-modellering in Revit, en goede kennis van gebouwtechnieken zoals elektriciteit, HVAC en sanitair. Communicatie met diverse stakeholders is essentieel, en flexibiliteit in een dynamische omgeving is vereist. Required Qualifications
- Diploma in a technical direction with an electrical background
- Experience with MEP modeling in Revit
- Good understanding of BIM processes
- Good knowledge of building technologies (electricity, HVAC, sanitary)
- Affinity with construction projects
- Ability to clearly communicate with various stakeholders
- Ability to be a real team player
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment
