Job Summary
Technical Design Engineer / Network Solutions Engineer role focusing on pre-activation technical support, WAN-LAN integration, architectural design validation, and collaboration with product management to design and deploy Masergy services. Responsibilities include reviewing customer solutions for accuracy, enabling seamless integration, participating in client implementation planning, and supporting complex sales and infrastructure implementations. Key skills include TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP/EIGRP/OSPF), NAT, QOS, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN/NIDS, Linux, and hands-on experience with large L2/L3 networks and multi-vendor equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Nokia/Alcatel-Lucent, Riverbed). Night shift with hybrid onsite/WFH setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH per week) at Ortigas, Pasig City. Must be comfortable with after-hours and weekend on-call rotations; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex design challenges.
