Job Summary
Maintain and update product specifications within the Vantage system while managing Engineering Change Notices to ensure documentation accuracy. Create, modify, and maintain mini patterns using the Gerber pattern design system and support product development projects from design through production. Collaborate with engineering, patternmaking, and production teams to resolve design questions, conduct time studies, and coordinate research and testing activities. Ensure design and production information remains accurate, organized, and accessible across all teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn technical software systems
- Good mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of patternmaking principles and sewing terminology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Gerber, CAD, or other pattern design software
- Background in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Apparel Construction, or Patternmaking
- Experience in a manufacturing or sewn-products environment
- Understanding of fabrics, materials, and product construction techniques
