Job Summary
Support troubleshooting of deployed sites through log collection, tracing, fault finding, and issue resolution, while managing configuration changes as required. Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to customer staff, delivering updates within tight timescales. Offer customer engagement on the ground to ensure satisfaction, leveraging deep expertise in Open RAN, 4G, 5G, and virtualized environments (VNF/CNF/K8S). This full-time, one-year contract in Dusseldorf, Germany, requires a degree-level candidate with eight years of experience in Telecom/IT roles.
Required Qualifications
- An excellent understanding of the relationship between supplier and customer during the project delivery
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role
- Educated to Degree Level
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Technical role in the Telecom/IT sector
- Excellent knowledge in Radio Access Network (RAN & vRAN) Technologies
- Highly experienced in 4G & 5G network troubleshooting and configuration
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent organisation and customer management skills
- Highly competent in 4G and 5G RAN technologies and solutions
- Good exposure to 5G and virtualised environments
- VNF and CNF skills and/or experience
- K8S/Openstack/Harbor skills and experience
- Previous experience working in a European Telecommunications service organisation
