Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, managing cross-functional project milestones and coordinating Data & AI initiatives. Track technical decisions, assumptions, and dependencies while managing SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, and continuous improvement. Act as the day-to-day delivery interface between stakeholders, technical leads, engineers, and third-party vendors. Support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, and support teams, ensuring controlled change and successful live service handover. Work within the Global Cyber Security organization to transform Security Operations into a product-led service model.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstratable experience, working cross-functionally in a complex security operations environment
- Bachelor's degree in technology related technical discipline
- Cyber related qualification
- 3+ years Cyber Security domain experience
- Knowledge of Security Frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST)
Desired Qualifications
- Security certifications (e.g., CISM/CISSP)
- Knowledge of tools or technologies: Expertise in Confluence, Jira & MS Office Suite
- Tool Stack Acumen: Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, Data Engineering principles and practices
- A relevant project delivery certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe
- Hybrid Work Requirement: 4 days in office (Quincy, Boston)
- Shift Time: Regular office hours
