Job Summary
Technical Delivery Manager responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology initiatives across architecture, cloud, networking, store technology, and connectivity solutions. Collaborates with architects, engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with IT strategy. Drives Agile/DevOps practices, CI/CD, IaC, cloud migration, and modernization of on-premises/cloud infrastructures; manages budgets, SLAs, and vendor performance. Requires 8+ years in technical project management, plus strong experience in multi-unit retail/QSR environments and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP). Preferred certifications include AWS/Azure Cloud Architect, PMP, SAFe Agile, or ITIL; must have excellent leadership and communication skills and experience with store tech (POS, IoT, edge computing) and security/compliance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology deployments in multi-unit retail or QSR environments
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and program management frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL)
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking (SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls), and store technology solutions in a QSR/retail environment
- Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud automation, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2, NIST)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with store connectivity solutions (IoT, edge computing, wireless networks, POS systems)
- Experience with vendor management and budget/resource forecasting
- Preferred: Certifications in AWS/Azure Cloud Architect, PMP, SAFe Agile, ITIL
