Job Summary
Run Agile ceremonies across multiple squads including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while owning delivery commitments, burndowns, and dependencies for 3–5 concurrent initiatives. Partner with engineering leads, business sponsors, and product owners to translate roadmaps into executable sprints, driving transparency through dashboards, status updates, and steering committee reporting. Improve SDLC discipline by managing release management, change control, and audit-ready documentation within a HIPAA environment, while removing blockers and protecting engineering focus. Requires 7+ years in software delivery and Scrum Master certification; based in Addison, TX, on-site full-time.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in software delivery
- 4+ years as a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager in a technical engineering organization
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-team delivery in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or similar)
- Strong Jira / Azure DevOps fluency
- comfort building metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
