Job Summary
Technical Delivery Manager responsible for leading end-to-end technical implementations of Legora's AI-native platform, acting as the primary technical point of contact during deployment and adoption, configuring customer environments (SSO, DMS integrations, APIs), and providing post-rollout support. The role requires coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success; delivering technical training; and feeding delivery insights back to product and engineering. Suitable for someone with proven technical delivery/implementation experience, strong enterprise integration skills, excellent project management, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical delivery, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong hands-on experience with SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations (DMS platforms, APIs)
- Excellent project management skills with a structured, proactive approach to managing multiple parallel projects
- Able to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences
- Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships across customer and internal teams
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
