Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise healthcare applications from planning through production, managing Agile teams and technical resources to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions while driving project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices, and mentor teams to support continuous process improvement. Oversee cloud-native application delivery and modern technology adoption for large-scale initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Technical Delivery/Project Management
- Strong experience in Healthcare, with Medicaid domain expertise
- Experience managing enterprise software development and delivery teams
- Good understanding of Cloud-Native Architecture, Microservices, NoSQL, and Enterprise Applications
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior hands-on software development experience
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
- Experience delivering large-scale healthcare modernization initiatives
