Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional technical team of system administrators, network engineers, and cybersecurity professionals to execute complex IT projects. Define and enforce robust delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes for all customer-facing engagements. Act as the primary executive escalation point for critical project roadblocks, ensuring swift technical and commercial resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Partner closely with Pre-Sales and Sales teams to validate scope, timelines, and resource requirements during project transitions. Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization tracking to optimize department productivity. Deliver large-scale enterprise IT projects focusing on systems integration, networking, and security solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
