Job Summary
This role involves leading, mentoring, and developing a multidisciplinary team focused on delivery and performance, specifically across development, SharePoint, and AI initiatives. Responsibilities include creating clarity around priorities and expectations, managing capacity and resources, and ensuring consistent delivery standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to bridge gaps between technical and business areas, alongside significant experience in operational management and delivery-focused environments. The role also emphasizes collaboration with Project Managers and consultants to maintain alignment and remove blockers effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience leading technical teams in a delivery-focused environment
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams (dev, platform, or similar)
- Strong operational and delivery management capability
- Experience working alongside PMs, consultants, and structured PMO environments
- Excellent communication skills, you can translate between tech, business, and humans
- A calm, pragmatic approach to problem solving
Desired Qualifications
- MSP or services-based environment experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint ecosystems
- Exposure to AI, automation, or workflow platforms
- Understanding of modern development and delivery practices
