Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, validate delivery gaps, and maintain action logs for the OLG Program. Coordinate interactions between OLG stakeholders, Intralot Canada, and global delivery teams while supporting implementation planning, deployment readiness, and transition activities. Escalate risks and blockers, prepare executive dashboards, and ensure follow-up on agreed actions. Manage the program RAID log, verify mitigation plans, and foster strong relationships with customer governance meetings. Requires 8+ years in project coordination, PMO experience, and a driver's license. Must pass background and security screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, program management office (PMO), implementation management or technology project oversight
- Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and Canadian employment eligibility
- Submission to, and ability to successfully pass, all required background and security screenings conducted by Intralot Canada and/or the applicable Provincial Lottery
- A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement
- Must possess valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management strongly desired
- Experience supporting large-scale technology implementation programs
- Experience working within matrix organizations and global delivery models
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Experience supporting technology transformation, modernization or implementation programs in regulated environments
- Experience working with PMO disciplines, governance frameworks and executive steering committees
- Experience working with executive governance forums, steering committees and customer-facing implementation programs
- Strong risk management, issue management and reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of PMO controls, project governance and project reporting practices
- Experience in lottery, gaming, regulated industries or critical transaction processing environments considered an asset
