Technical Delivery Manager , Assistant Vice President

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, managing cross-functional milestones for Data & AI initiatives. Coordinate dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates while tracking technical decisions to ensure visibility and progress. Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives as the primary delivery interface between users, technical leads, engineers, and third-party vendors. Support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, and support teams, ensuring controlled change and successful handover to live services. Partner with Cyber Security Operations to transform service delivery into a product-led model.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstratable experience, working cross-functionally in a complex security operations environment
- Bachelor's degree in technology related technical discipline
- 3+ years Cyber Security domain experience
- Knowledge of Security Frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST)
- Expertise in Confluence, Jira & MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, Data Engineering principles and practices
- Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, Customers, Suppliers
- 4 days in office in Kilkenny
- Regular office hours
Desired Qualifications
- Cyber related qualification
- 3+ years Cyber Security domain experience preferred
- Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISM/CISSP)
- A relevant project delivery certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe, preferred
- Know your customer and be customer obsessed, providing enablement, support model, and clear service ownership
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translating complex technical risks and progress metrics into clear updates for executive or non-technical leadership
- Background in software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, risk reduction and remediation
- Be a good human, practitioner and partner who will respectfully challenge the status quo
