Job Summary
Lead high-quality application development projects on defined timelines by working with business users, vendors, and internal teams to deliver Rep and client-facing software. Gather accurate work estimates, create detailed release plans, and provide technical leadership to developers for efficient, scalable solutions. Address internal and external technical risks, drive collaboration across platform teams, and ensure compliance with security policies and SDLC requirements. Publish regular status reports, manage scope and change logs, and escalate challenges to leadership. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of software experience, and 2+ years in leadership, with a preference for PMP or CSM. Located in Georgia, the salary range is $130k-$145k.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Application Development, Management of Information Science, Computer science
- 2-3 years
- 4+ years of software industry experience as a developer and/or as a team lead
- Minimum 2 years experience of working in a leadership role
- Knowledge of latest software development technologies, methodologies, and project management approaches
- Hands-on experience with agile and waterfall software development methodologies
- Experience creating Work based structures, project plan, release plan, and implementation plans
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Strong technical acumen, working knowledge of at least one technical stack and ability to pick up new technologies
- Demonstrates good organizational skills
- Good Analytical Skills with ability to be detailed oriented
- Good listener with strong communication skills with both internal and external business stakeholders
- Proficient in leading project teams providing clear direction on assignments
- Ability to handle work pressure
- Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines
